How do you keep the music playing?

By the grace of God I can now walk upright without the urge to regurge. Sp? Eh.

Song: Aqualung-Another Little Hole

This life can only leave us lonely.

So yes...mom's birthday was today. Good times all around. I love my mom. She just deserves so MUCH.

My near-sightedness is getting WORSE. YAY! Gotta head to the doc soon.

I NEED STILL LIFE!

Won't you take me home...(insert cello sigh)

Happy Birthday, Ma!

Do you mind if i always love you?

I am seriously going to puke...I don't remember ever being this ill.

heaven's gonna burn your eyes...

"Just because we're rich doesn't make us bad people! *GIGGLE*"

Uh...yes it does.

No annual fee!

So my first day of work was today. How I love/hate orientations. We're opening the new store, so everyone is going to be somewhat unfamilair with the new procedures and layouts.

Why am I in retail?!

Ah well. Extremely hilarious sexual harassment VHS. QUID PRO QUO, BABY!

I'm definitely looking forward to the free ski passes and rentals. Bad freaking ass. I'm also going to snag some new and improved clubs. Sometimes you just NEED a wedge. Not that kind.

Getting a credit card to...you know...build credit. I don't know what David Ramsey would say, but I'm going to do it regardless. And so it begins...

I desperately need to develop my film, but I have not the time for it. Those should be fab...

Chris took some great photos the other night, so at least those should be coming within the week.

Going to dinner with my cousins (1st removed style) tonight, which will truly prove to be a riot and a half. I'm excited.

I'm convinced that bi-polar alco on the real world looks like an alien. Seriously. No one's eyes should be that far apart.

FAUX-HAWKS are out. So forget it, french dude.

Should I do liberty or traditional platinum?

I have nothing of great significance to write about. Ever.

Not so much

I just don't know who plays video games.

What DJ can play Billy Joel's "This is the Time" for the last song at a prom and NOT get stoned?

Something I dislike about peanut butter: oftentimes the aftertaste is reminiscent of cigarette smoke. WHY?

My closet needs organizing.

Demi Moore just needs to go to a nursing home. Striptease was so 1996.

$400?!?

Last night was enjoyable. Many photos were taken, and Hedwig was shared.

I need to clean my room today BIG TIME.

Blah. Sundays do indeed bite the big one, but nevertheless, work shall be completed.

BORING ENTRY. WHO IS JANICE PARMAR?!

Saturday, October 18, 2003

"One time, I fell asleep in a satellite dish, and woke up with this hellacious sunburn and the ability to smell colors!"

The Awakening

Something has been missing from my life.

I watched a film this evening that definitely raised some questions about religion, beliefs, God, the whole bit. What to do?

Right now I feel that "believing" would be the result of fear. Fear of dying and going to hell for all eternity. Noted, a pretty shitty situation. But shouldn't "believing" be the direct result of sincerely wanting a relationship with God? NOT just wanting to proverbially "cover one's ass?"

SO uh...how 'bout those Cubs?

TRANNNNSFER!

Its done, people. Andrea is officially now a theatre major after 2 years in denial (a.k.a. COMMUNICATIONS. Cue puking).

Today was just a GOOD day. School in the morning, shopping in the afternoon, and lunch with Lisa and Chris. GENNA = MARRIED? ALYSSA = MARRIED? BEN & NICOLE = #2 KID?! What the HELL, people?! I don't get this. I'm getting old.

Can anyone start this thing?

Don't believe its Friday...

Work starts Tuesday. Blah.

CHIPOTLE + TCBY = YAY.

Tomorrow = shenanigans with Lisa and Chris part deux.

Thursday, October 16, 2003

The return of Spinal Tap?

'Ave you heard of the "The Darkness?" They are some crazy ass people. Excuse me, I ordered the SKIN TIGHT jump suit, thank you.

I'm definitely about doubled over from the pain I'm experiencing right now.

Last words

Just got back from viewing KILL BILL. Holy shit, that was an awesome flick. Noted, its probably the most blood-filled violence gasm of a film I've ever seen. The end.

Starbucks trip not resulting in Latte consumage

So why am I going to a film at 10 pm on a Wednesday night? Because I can.

My legs are in mucho pain right now. My bloody right knee hasn't stopped spasming. Calcium, please? Yay for not being able to drink milk. My bones will be powder by age 38.

Good chili night. Kosher corn bread = uh yum?

These UB clogs are like butter in shoe form.

LIKE BUTTAH! Oh my God, I saw Streisand on Oprah yesterday as I was flipping channels whilst Trading Spaces was on commercial. Her mic MATCHED HER OUTFIT! It was OFF-WHITE! Who can do that BESIDES Barbara? WHO IS BEN? Crap. I forgot Ben's last name. MELCHIORS! Wait! Or is it Melchoirs? Hell, I don't know. Some people just don't stay with you. Hmm...

Little Shop! AGHH!

Need latte NOW.

Good shit!

Holy crap. I've been gone all day coffee-ing and shopping. Mix in a little dining.

Chris is coming out here tomorrow. Weird and fun.

Bought some new leather boots tonight...uh HELLS yes. Also snagged some UB black clogs with the lambs wool lining. A must for winter.

Have another interview tomorrow morning, as well as Friday. GARY from HB called me on the cell whilst I was trying on bootage.

SHIIIIIT! I thought I had turned in my multitude of lib. books today, but I see one GLARING BACK at me from my night stand. Ah well. I'll be in town tomorrow anyway. Damn you, photography field guide!!

I miss you, Kyle.

OOOOO! Picked out some fab purple plates at Foleys. I want some medit. blue-ness to complete the set. AND ALL stainless steel appliances. A bitch to clean, but yet so modern-this-is-a-robot-house kind of look.

I have this urge to paint my room a tealish-green with eastern writing trim. Hmm...but not too practical for the fam when I move out. We'll see.

Is it just me, or does Justin Guarini KIND OF look like Tom Hanks? Either way, I would still push him down some stairs if I had half a chance.

Cheap books and legal stimulants! SIGN UP HERE!

Its a wopping 28 DEGREES! 28 DEGREES! I CAN'T FEEL MY TOOOOOOES!

SO. Have yet another interview tomorrow afternoon. I should have three job offers to choose from, so let the highest bidder win! Or not. Huzzah.

Cecilia had beautiful penmanship.

I don't know about you, but I certainly get a spectacular sense of self from merely ordering coffee.

I'm freaking.

It's not even 8:30 pm, and I am already tired. THANK GOD.

Had my hair cut this evening by my beloved mane-trimmer, Emily. That woman is not only a fellow gigonoggin, she is a DIVA.

Spongebob is floating at about half-mast.

Kit Kat is by far the best chocolate/wafer treat known to man.

I would sure enjoy a shiatsu leg massage right about now.

I wonder if Kyle is sober...

Jumanji has to be one of the worst films of ALL time.

"I was wrongfully terminated due to the fact that I will not put this lion's mane into a hairnet!"

What a feelin'

Too many things on my mind tonight. I can't sleep. I even hiked all morning/afternoon, so I should be good to go...ya know?? Sigh.

Orlando Bloom = yay.

So here it is. 5:15 in the am. How I love this.

Things should work out so I can go to the M. Moore shindiggy on Wednesday. We shall see.

Drug test tomorrow for the new job. Looking forward to being strip-searched. YAAAY!

I don't even KNOW what to do, people.

I'm cold.

Ah well. I'm going to take yet another stab at sleeping. We'll see how that turns out, yea? I need to turn it all off.

Sunday, October 12, 2003

I'm Ashton Kutcher, and I AM AWESOME!!!

Yaaaay Sukkot.

Let's NOT do another 4am bedtime again, mmkay? I'm definitely feeling this migraine.

Oh, so I get to do my first DRUG TEST on Monday. I CAN'T wait!

Going to Boulder this week to check out the school. We likes it! YES, WE LOVES IT! Whaaa?

I'm sorry, but SNL was awesome. Justin Timberlake= hilarious. Dare I say it? It was a better SNL than last week with Mr. JB. Verily.

I need chapstick.

Saturday, October 11, 2003

NO sleep, Jerry. NO SLEEP.

So I haven't been able to sleep for the past 3 days, yet somehow I'm alive. Maybe.

Listening to a live version of JM's "Comfortable," and he's going into a freaky falsetto thang. Wtf?

Can't seem to find the quiet inside my mind.

Pearls of wisdom?

WHY am I so excited about CAMP JIM?!? I have no idea. The dude is freaking CRACKKING me up! I love it. He's just TOO gay and awesome to be real.

So I renewed my license (which I will have for the next 10 YEARS) today, and I absolutely HATE HATE the photo. YAAAAY.

The civic is in fine condition.

Vat else? Holy shit, Zoey sliced her foot open while she was outside. Not cool. She's in surgery tonight getting her foot sewn back together. Uh tendons? You just don't need to see those...

I need to clean my room.

WHY did I wear a turtleneck for the license photo??

Um...Chingy's "Holidea Inn" is killing me. Music is NO LONGER music. Sigh.

This was an incredibly boring and annoying blog entry. I apologize.

Let's look forward to some photos, shall we?

Sunday, October 05, 2003

She's losing it

Why am I obsessed with MTV's Cribs??! I hate MTV, but I can't get enough of Missy E's dining room table! Help.

I woke up today absolutely convinced that it was Monday.

Why are Ethan and Len in my dreams?

I need a latte.

Time to punch the clock

Blah. An absurdly BORING Friday. Almost purchased Dave Ramsey's personal finance book, but the hardback price was too much to swallow this week.

Personal Finance Tip One:
Write a fucking book about personal finance and make it only available in $40 hardback form. The money will follow.

Tuesday, September 30, 2003

B-day

So today was my 21st birthday, and all my birthday wishes came true:

1. Slept in

2. Received some kick-ass birthday calls *not that kind*

3. Consumed an alcoholic frilly beverage...uh yay I guess.

4. Laughed so hard at dinner that I almost puked. Seriously.

5. Saw a film.

6. Shopped for a mullet wig.

7. The dog ate my couch.

So all in all it was a pretty decent day. The adventure continues on tomorrow folks with shenanigans in Boulder. Stay tuned. Or eat a sandwich. It will be JUST as exciting!

Sunday, September 28, 2003

RH

So services went well this afternoon. It was just an all-around AWESOME day. I took quite a few photos, so I should get them up on the site sometime soon. Yay for fall.

Sunday, Sunday. Tempted to go shopping tomorrow, but we'll see what is on the agenda.

So mom undertook the chore of CATCHING the 5 fish in our pond and placing them in the new aquarium for the winter. They are definitely freaking.

A couple brought their dogs today for the service in the park. I am sorry, but dachsunds = cute-gasm. Again...photos are in store.

Well. This has been an incredibly boring blog entry, but EH. Gut nacht.

Could it GET ANY BETTER?!?!

Next week is the season premiere of Saturday Night Live.

Host: Jack Black

Musical Guest: John Mayer

I am dying.

exploit your creative side

Yay for Marc. He is just one of my favorite people.

So thinking about the BIG PICTURE tonight, and I just get confused with so many ideas that I have. Blah. Its not difficult to get wrapped up in that shit. Sometimes you just need the sane advice of others to get you back on the path...WHAT am I saying? Blah.

So the dinner tonight was absurdly AWESOME. Had an EXCELLENT time. Yay for birthday celebrations and the like. I just appreciate these people. Club Med? Uh yes.

Anywho...Rosh Hashana is upon us. Happy new year, people.

Going out for a service in the park tomorrow, which should prove to be interesting. We shall see.

Kinda got bummed out tonight when I left Boulder. Out of habit, I almost turned onto 36 on the way back to Estes instead of Denver. Tear.

Dante is going on a much needed holiday starting at 5am. That man deserves it more than anyone. Boo yah.

So people...I am going to bed. To all a good evening, and a good year. Lilah tov.

Friday, September 26, 2003

Playing with the big boys in Boulder.

STRAP ON!!! He smiled.

I want to know what you're thinking.

Matt called me this evening, and that proved to be extremely fun convo. This summer went by way too fast. Shite.

Gave Kyle a ring (yay for once again having NORMAL cell coverage) late in the evening, and received some much needed advice. Yay for people that LISTEN.

Massive migraine action going down. Crap. I need to wake up at a semi-decent hour to call Judy about our dinner tomorrow. Huzzah for Boulder.

ARROWED!

I'm going to bed.

Thursday, September 25, 2003

She said

So yesterday we did some hanging about in Borders before we headed to the last Rockies game of the season. Yay for club seating. Uh...the Rockies lost. But the game was ace. I hope I am not scarred by the fact that I DID NOT receive a sundae in a helmet.

YAAAY! Talked to Kyle last night for a while. Winds of change are set to blow, my friends.

Having some bizarre dreams as of late. I should probably start going to bed at my usual time and avoid the consumption of Thai food at 2am. Fun.

Planning a road trip to Nebraska next week to stop in on Gram. That should be a hoot. <--HOOT? I am 50 years old.

Debating whether or not to go to John's show in Omaha. It would be a full day of driving, but it could indeed be worth it. We'll see. We're still on for Maroon 5/Gavin in November. Muahaha....

Some physical activity is in order for this early afternoon. Get up on it *doodle-doo doodle-doo* :-p.

Wednesday, September 24, 2003

It stings!

Oh lord. Someone has orchestrations of old tv themes playing on the radio. Please kill me now. Or change the station. Ahem.

So I have started to break out around my mouth again. RUN! ITS HERPES GIRL!! Or not.

I'm going to do it, people. I am going to LEAVE the house today. Will I be safe? Not too sure. But that is why DANGER is my middle name. <--lie.

I have been dunked in the boredom pool, and I am climbing the proverbial ladder to a much more exciting livelihood. I hope I don't slip on the slimy ladder.

To all a good day.

Tuesday, September 23, 2003

Its a Lie

So I feel like talking about Mike tonight. Crap. I had the nastiest high school crush on this dude. I believe he is one of two blonde guys that I have ever been attracted to in my life. Anyway...Mike just had this really warm way about him. Eh. I don't know. He was just on my mind.

So here I am, once again, sitting up late wasting time. Did some work on my ghetto web-site that I have neglected for so long. It needs some serious work, but I need some recent photos for it. Blah.

What the hell? I don't understand television anymore. I just can't stand it. I can't stand having it ON in the same room, much less watching it. Serious issues.

Anyway, I haven't been able to link my site to the blog. The blog must be down, but I really don't care.

Strong bad has a new email.

Sunday, September 21, 2003

btw

Holy shit, people. Had some crazy dreams this afternoon involving some hairy dude, a bathroom stall, Kerli *tell you about it later*, and nasty times. Ahem. More details later.

I miss your caramel lattes, K. :/

Excuse me, miss?

CELEBRATION! Watched some Young Ones this afternoon...yay. Its been a while, indeed! SPG!

So finally at home. My crap is still in a freaking huge pile of boxes downstairs. Ahem. A chore for tomorrow, yea?
My phone decided to die yesterday evening, and I am getting a new one within the next week. *WHICH MEANS* I'll have a new phone number and I won't be able to access my old phone book. Blah. Kyle, I received your messages, dude. Send me an email with your new digits!

Cold.

Perhaps getting hizzooked up with a job in Littleton, but we'll see how that goes.

Otherwise it is updation time for my website! YES YES. Stay tuned for that, peeps.

Anywho...sleepage calls.

Its 10 pm. Do you know where your grandma is?

Saturday, September 20, 2003

Clearing Up

I had a most splendid evening last night, people. The "staff" trip turned into more of an intimate night with the excellent company of Michelle, Sean, Michael, and Katie. After being stuck in lovely Boulder traffic for a bit, we stopped of at Faedo's Irish Pub just north of the Coor's field. Uh, hello? Awesome food. I had pesto chicken which was killah. KILLAH.

After dinner, the girls and I headed to the cinema were we bought tickets for UNDERWORLD ahead of time to ensure a seat for the 7:30 showing. Rock. Entertaining as hell.

Having a difficult time breathing today thanks to the cold, but I'm dealing.

The rents are coming tonight for some packing assistance and the chilling factor, of course.

Naptime.

Tuesday, September 16, 2003

Everything else is over-rated

Hola, people. GOT MY PHOTOS back yesterday! JOOOY!

Went to Boulder yesterday with Kerli and bought some much needed (ha) items at Urban O's. Quality.

Still on the sick train, I'm afraid. This needs to leave ASAP.

Finally got all my shit out of Ferno this afternoon. Sigh. I have some extreme straightening to do.

Laundry tonight? Uh yes.

Banded up some 3k+ recruitment letters. Lambs to the slaughter, people. :)

Padres vs Rockies?

I am so freaking glad I won't be here during the YOGA conference. Makes me sick.

Yes, please send my 15 boxes of Luna bars to the other side of the camp, thank you! BREATHE IN PEACE!

No thanks.

Stayed up entirely too late last night. Crikes. Anything past 11:30 pm is pushing it these days. Wow.

So Matt is going to be 22 soon, and this number scares me. My b-day is in exactly 2 weeks. 21. Crikie. I am OLD.

Anywho, back to work. Ahem.

Saturday, September 13, 2003

Turner, Murdoch, you make me laugh. You're only worth, like, five billion apiece! I give out that much to trick-or-treaters! Why am I so rich? [whispers loudly] Because I get off on it! Now back your "president" as he finishes the speech I wrote for him last night when I was wasted.

Warming Up

Okay. I can feel it now. The heater is once again functioning. Well, at least the one by the back closet is working. Joy.

I need to archive some crap for Dante.

What is wrong with my right thumb?

More blog entries = Andrea losing her mind in the office.

I find myself no longer caring about the details of this job. Scary? Maybe. Perhaps I am just losing my patience with these backward-ass people I have to deal with.

On a lighter note...

Had a great time with Ms. K last night. Too bad we started getting closer towards the end of our time here. A trip with her is most definitely in the cards.

J-A-N-I-T-O-R-I-A-L

You SHALL know the truth, and the truth shall make you mad.

Holy Mother

So this is my 3rd lovely day stuck in the office and on duty. Uh...no thanks.

I'm finally off tomorrow and Monday. (insert sigh of relief). Yet somehow I am still on duty for 7.5 hours of my day off. YAAAAAAY.

I'm not alone...I wish I was

Well, people. Today marks the first snowfall of the season. SNOW on September 13th. Hello 8,000 feet! O-mazing.

Just remembered a project Dante gave me like 2 months ago that we never had time to carry-out. Hoorah.

Ugh. Being stuck in this office grinds my soul.

Hell.

Friday, September 12, 2003

You think your name is PASS THE JOINT

WOW. I actually feel motivated today. Rock.

Cleaned the rec this morning until it bled. Yea, baby.

Dante is oot and aboot on a staff trip *once again* to Wyoming. Hoorah for the purchasing of climbing gear at incredibly low and exciting prices!! *insert fake laugh.*

Ahem.

Thanks for the ultra bizarre voicemail, Kyle. :)

Still gotta get those closets stocked before 2pm. Excuse me? I ordered the extremely LARGE ASS LOAD OF TOILET PAPER, THANK YOU!

William Topley?

Thursday, September 11, 2003

Please shoot me

Holy SHIT, I am BORED. I have two boxes full of crap in front of my desk that I need to do something with. I also need to mop the rec hall (YAY) sometime this afternoon. I also have keys to track/audit. I lack any and all motivation. Shiiiit.

Neil wants to come with us to Scotland. It would rule if we could arrange our own personal tour. We have four so far...

This office is SOOO freaking cold.

Ha. Applied for a job at Godiva online today. G-d save me if I got a job there.

Anywho...I really wish I could have taken the zoo trip today. This place is killing me.

Creating shapes

Daughters will love like you do.

Last night was awesome. Sushi. Thai. Dickie. Compass. What more can I say?

Gavin DeGraw has HEAT.

I'm jazzed about seeing how my first roll of film on the Rebel turns out. Yee*haw.

Center of a Circle.

There is a song on the new JM album that I don't particularly care for (WHAAA?). "Only Heart" is its not so dainty moniker. Something is off about it. Eh. I don't know.

Kyle. Sydney '05.

Snazzle tazzle dazzle.

That's the way this wheel keeps working...

Numb is the new deep

Tuesday, September 09, 2003

JM

Snagged the new JM album this afternoon, and it is like FREAKING BUTTAH. Definitely a treat and a half. I also bought the new Gavin DeGraw cd, which isn't bad. I just really love the song, "Follow Through." Tres good.

Angels fall

I have the biggest migraine right now. Fuuuuuuuck. I need an advil the size of a whopper.

Anywho...about to leave here for some driving action. I have to be back at the Y tomorrow to take some Westminster trip. (insert YAY here).

HOORAH! The dinner is over! I am so relieved. Yesterday was indeed one of those days you can't forget too soon.

And the rain to wash me away....

Wow. I need to go. I can barely see.

Saturday, September 06, 2003

This is a call to the colorblind...this is an IOU

Ew. I don't know why people just don't leave me the hell alone.

Surrounded by pavement.

Someday I'll fly someday I'll sooo-aaaaar.

John Mayer...let's make babies. A sophomoric comment? Perhaps, but the man is a freaking genius.

Last day of the Scottish/Irish fest is tomorrow, methinks. YAY. I never got to go. How I love my life.

Ahem.

I need to trizzack down some hangers for the mellow roast this nacht. Catch up later.

Put some SIZZLE in your PIZZLE!

This marks my SECOND attempt at blogging today. Ahem.

Working.

Had an excellent day yesterday with Kierli and Sven. Before we sent Sven back to Estonia (20 hour trip...YAY!), we hung out in LoDo for a while. Met dad for lunch at the WORST EXCUSE FOR A CHINESE RESTAURANT EVER!! AGHHH! Do yourself a favor, and NEVER eat at "Big Bowl." I should have known better...there were lib art majors behind the woks. Sick.

Anywho...I cannot wait to leave right now. I'm quite annoyed with this place for more reasons than one.

THE HITACHI!

13 more days of hizell...

Miss you, Kyle.

Wednesday, September 03, 2003

LON*don in the Summ*ah Tahme

I can't feel my fingertips.

So I am incredibly bored on a Wednesday evening. My room is still a mess, and I have absolutely no desire whatsoever to clean it.

This is winter.

Buying my camera on the 11th. I will have absoutely no money afterwards, but it will be incredibly worth it.

Languid are the masses here at the Y. We need a jolt. We need some electricity running through this place. I need to get OUT of this coma. Leaving is going to help. James is leaving on Sunday. Tear. That kid is going places.

I hate the winter in Lexington.

Who IS MARTHA CAMERON?

Keeping time time time...

Excuse me while I rip out my uterus

My last day will be the 20th.

I am about to head to town for some much needed supplies.

Things are a-stirring in Denver.

I feel sick.

I need to clean my room.

OUR WORSHIP MUST BE OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY.

What is wrong with my left hand?

Tuesday, September 02, 2003

This pisses me off. Yes! We need to make the Bible more READABLE for young people! WHAT THE HELL? We shouldn't dress up the word of G-d like a freaking Cosmo mag. Ugh.

What day is today? *today is Mother's Day!*

It has come to today.

TOFFIFAY!

What the hell?

Saved by the Bell: Seasons I and II! NOW OUT ON DVD! UH...I am so purchasing.

Vat else? I need to buy a camera.

Ran out of "8."

Need to see "Party Monster" ASAP. It doesn't come out at STARZ until NOVEMEBER! What crap is that? Ah well. It is the only theater in Colorado showing it, which is CRAP.

AP marathon tomorrow. Ha.

BLAH. Better get on with stuffing envelopes. And it isn't even Thanksgiving.

Saturday, August 30, 2003

Paper clips and post-its

Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! I'm pretending like I'm working. Well. Working, more or less.

I really need to get out.

Gordon = cracks me up.

It is cold outside as of current. Right now I am putting together my crap for the staff bulletin board. Weeee. So much fun.

This is the worst post ever.

She's bored, people.

Wednesday, August 27, 2003

Do NOT Duplicate

Shit, people.

I am so ridiculously tired right now. I went to bed around 12, got up at 7:30, and here I am. The UPS dude is bringing in enough packages to choke a horse. Yaaaaay.

I am SO done.

Need to figure out if Ireland is going to happen this spring or summer. Blah.

WHO the hell is RJ Nethaway?!

So I am writing the staff newsletter now. Exciting.

Just put together the staff calendar...looks somewhat spiffy. OR NOT.

WORK AT THE HERMIT SHACK!

I want to go home.

Tuesday, August 26, 2003

Jumped into a moving car this morning
Yes, I did.

I am physically and emotionally drained. I have a few decisions to make, and I need to make them soon.

Saturday, August 23, 2003

And I would be knocked to the floor if I wasn't there already

Saturday. In the office. Blah.

Nate is supposedly going to stop by before he heads out to Montana with his bro.

The Irish kids went AWOL. An incredibly sophomoric decision on their part, fo serious.

Vas else? Babysitting for the Taylor's tonight, which should prove *fruitful,* verily.

Looking into Cal schools, but I seriously don't think the west coast is my area. Especially an area that is sinking in inches YEARLY. Pleasant.

Still formulating plans for my Amazonian tribe...muahaha.

Ahem.

Friday, August 22, 2003

Checkout biotch

Went and saw SEABISCUIT last night, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. An awesome film, indeed.

Dante went to run the Irish kids to the airport, so here I find myself in the office once again. Yaaay. My entire body aches right now. Ah well. How I would love to be on the beach today.

I was told this morning that I need to see "The Island."

From the UPS dude's mouth: "They get on this island, inbreed between themselves and get crazy as shit."
My kind of film.

Wednesday, August 20, 2003

Every artist is a victim of their environment.

I don't know you, but I want you so badly...

Again in the office.

Wow. I cut my nails way too freaking short, and I am paying for it.

Missing Ashley.

Housing is kicking the shit out of me. I have never met so many needy people in my LIFE.

Saw the Chicago film last night for the first time, and it was definitely everything I expected...tres awesome. Catherine Zeta Jones = diva.

Vat else? Not too much. Taking a staff trip this evening, and I am going to purchase some much-needed essentials.

Almost done moving into Hague. Sigh. I've still got some major crap loitering in Ferno. Tonight is not the night, however.

I was so blind I did not recognize...

Feta is indeed betta.

Tuesday, August 19, 2003

EAT IT with a fork

Kyle is back from Vermont. Yay for move-age to NY, FO SHIZZLE.

Moving into Hague slowly but surely. Mucho better than Ferno.

KARMA POLICE.

And...sometimes a bandit needs a posse.

Saturday, August 16, 2003

The Price We Paid

Yes, so I just saw FREDDY vs JASON. Ahem. One high quality film there, folks.

I'm at home this weekend, which is incredibly awesome. I haven't had a decent night of sleep in a good while, so I am looking forward to catching up.

I experienced the Cold Stone Creamery for the first time tonight. Mucho qualitative.

I have attempted blogging TWICE since August 7th, and everytime the computer crashes. Ah well. Shame on moi for trying to blog at work. SO ANYWHO...

Mucho has transpired since the 7th. We had the 80's staff dance, which was a headache to put together, but turned out. Eh. I checked out over 100 people Friday. Buh-bye.

AGH! Bought my record player on Friday. Too freaking awesome. I broke out my rent's LP collection to find some extremely awesome selections. Props to the parents.

Blah. Well...I'm tired and dinner awaits, so ciao for now, peeps.

2 Sets of arms, they had 2 sets of legs

Numero uno: We have a million freaking staff members checking out this next week. Ahem.

Numero dos: I am actually enjoying my time in the cell.

Numero tres: Had a great evening.

Numero cuatro: I miss Kyle.

Numero cinco: I heart Hedwig.

Numero seis: WE DON'T HAVE A DJ YET FOR THE STAFF DANCE ON TUESDAY!*insert scream*

Numero siete: The IDENTICAL TWIN of one Mr. Terry Becker is at the front desk right now. Tres spooky.

Y por fin... I DO, however, get to go to the opera tonight, so yee freaking haw. Paglicacci, here I come!

I'm Off

Haven't blogged in quite a while. Ahem.

So I was kicked out of my room so some older folks could take it. Sigh. I am moving into Howard this weekend, so I will soon again have my own shower and enough room for my personal effects.

Had a fantastic weekend, thanks. Best of the summer, to be more specific.

Kyle called me from NYC this past week. Ultra-sweetness. As of now, he is living it up in Vermont. Excellent.

Blah. Bored. So much to write about. I have absolutely NO FREAKING time this summer. Good? Bad? I'm not sure.

This summer I've also been able to enjoy the fruits of HR labor as well as the lovely back-stabbing! Fun times.

Bueno, I am going to head to my cell and zonk out for a bit. I have the evening off *thank G-d*, but I am going to assist the Ash-Master with the cream of ice.

I grew up in these stockyards!

Fam is coming today. I still have yet to hear from them. Woo.

Cleaned my room up a bit. I really haven't been spending much time in here, so it was a COMPLETE disaster. Awesome.

MICAH CAME! Lovely Iowan folk rock my face. Old skoo friends = chill.

This week has been the longest week in my life. Oh, and the Russian dude wasn't hit by a car, but I am holding fast to my fat American tourist shpeal. Watch out, people.

Israeli army this summer! HOO HAH!

Drop Dead Gorgeous is cracking me up more and more. Perhaps it is the way Kirstie Alley is portrayed as a huge psycho bitch that really drives it home for me...quality.

Missing Kyle more and more these days. This winter needs to be here NOW.

James and Ash are doing CCY today. Badass.

Once in every lifetime...

Do yourself a favor and download T. Corp.'s "Meu Destino." Highly enjoyable. Rock.

More cleaning to do...lata.

Never gonna be as big as Jesus

What up. Sitting here in the lovely office on a Saturday...putting off work. We have about 3,000 more envelopes to stuff for recruitment.

Spoke with Mom just now. I am going to try to get a 4 day weekend, but we shall see how that works out. Misty, Mike and Co. are here for a while, so it would be nice to visit with them before they head back to Indiana.

Wow. I am tired. The night before last I scored about 2 hours of sleep, but I was doing okay yesterday. Eh.

I need Monday off. I def. heart weekend duty.

Friday, July 25, 2003

Wow

So what is there to say about this week? It has been absolute madness. I've been called a "heretic" by certain members of the staff (YAY!), the talent show is FINALLY freaking over, I'm arranging my travel plans to Ireland/Scotland/England for this next spring, and I am starting multiple projects for Dante. Woo.

Been spending some excellent quality time with Nate as of lately. Yay. :)

Went out with Elaine and Katie yesterday for some madness on wheels, a.k.a. Estes Park go-karting. Ultra-sweet. Also went to the Stanley Hotel, finally. No big whoop. Saw some photos from the Dumb and Dumber scenes shot here as well as Shining photos.

Visited with Ashley's fam last night before Nate-activities. Awesome Nebraska people.

One of the Russian guys got hit by a guest while on his way up the YMCA entrance on his bike. NOT cool.
"Welcome to the United States, where big fat American tourists don't watch where they are going and try to kill you behind the wheel of their fucking huge SUV's! YAAAAY!"
Disgusting.

Anyway, I am on duty this entire weekend, so shizzle my nizzle indeed!

Saturday, July 19, 2003

Denver

So I'm in Denver...yee freaking haw. Within the first ten minutes of arriving here, I already had my first load of laundry in, and I had changed my IP crap to the local connection here. Bwah.

Anywho...better check up with E and make some lunch. Later, dudes.

Friday, July 18, 2003

I am going to pass out

Um, yea. Got back from Nate's 20 minutes before I had to be at work this morning. Awesome.

Last night was fab, but I'd like to REMEMBER more of it. Woops. :)

So I am in the office with all but ONE HOUR of sleep under my belt. Wow.

Thursday, July 17, 2003

Wow

I could seriously scratch my own eyes out right now. Uh...can you say IRRITATION?

Went out with Marc last night for a few, which was indeed good times. Caught a DVD before heading out on duty.

The cookout is tonight, so we'll have THAT to deal with. I believe my Celestial Seasonings trip is going to be cancelled, and I am a bit relieved, to be honest. I have had no sleep for the past two days...it is catching up with me.

This weekend is going to rule so much. Nothing but sleep and relaxation. I could use some of both.

Why, oh why have you let yourself be brought down...

Miss you, Kyle.

NUGGET.

Friday, July 11, 2003

Jars

Sitting here in the office at 7:58 in the am. Bored. My allergies are getting extreme. Although I am armed with antihistamines and saline nose spray, I am still under heavy attack. Yay.

Dante took us out for lunch at the Notchtop yesterday. Very cool.

Tonight is screening for the talent show. Joy. Going to a film with Nate, Matt and Marc this weekend. Most excellent of times. I have that wonderful trip to Drums Along the Rockies tomorrow in Denver. Sigh. Might meet the rents for dinner, tho.

Holy crap. My Dad won a trip to Aspen for two this next weekend. All of this is including a day at the Aspen Spa and lodging at a hoity toity hotel for the weekend. I AM CRACKING. YOU STUMPED THE SAGE! MUAHAHAHAHAH! Ahem.

Maroon 5 is growing on me like moss on a stone.

WHY am I listening to WOW 2003? Desperation.

Thursday, July 10, 2003

Yay

John Mayer/Counting Crows/Maroon 5 concert = Too freaking awesome to describe. One of those moments, people. One of those moments.

Chilled with the Nate-ster on Tuesday. Most excellent of times, I may add. I def. need to spend more time with him, seriously.

Last night I went to Grand Lake for the Co. Rep. Theatre experience that WAS Little Shop of Horrors. Good times. They are also doing Secret Garden and Fiddler. Yay. DICKON! Crazy times/memories.

Wow. The concert on Monday was unreal. I wished for you, Kyle. SEVERE gutteral pains from wishing, I might add.

Anywho...gotta take Ike to town for a few. Yeehaw.

Saturday, July 05, 2003

Insane Gorilla

So went to Dreux's last night...uh yea. "Just come up the hill at the back of our house to watch the fireworks!" This was a freaking HIKE. In the dark. And with flip flops. Too awesome to be real. Ah well. It was mucho fun, anywho.

Awww...Nate. He does indeed rule. Meeting up with him on Tuesday for an old-fashioned catch-up.

Training Ben today on computer crap and the like. Great fun. Probably going to take the staff van in for an overdue cleaning today, as well. Yay.

So tonight I get "off" at 4:30, but I am on call until tonight, whereupon I shall pass the pager on to Mr. Pippen. Thank the good Lord, people.

Friday, July 04, 2003

Mixed Biz

What the who, people. So the 4th. Huzzah. Going to Dreux's tonight for a few hours. Yay for festivities. Unfortunately I am on duty, so bleck. Ah well.

So we had the parade today. The golf cart was looking extra snazzy, indeed. Um, yea. Huge freaking whoop. Pictures will be up soon.

Uh...panty hose fetish?

Feeling a bit trapped as of late with the work schedule amongst other things. Will be great to head to the concert on Monday. Taking Wes to the airport that morning, so woo freaking hoo. Better catch some z's at the rents. OR NOT. I will have no freaking time on Monday. So leaving extremely early in the morning on Monday (3 or 4am), driving Wes to Denver, picking up the Mayer tickets at home, DRIVING back to Estes, picking up Matt, DRIVING BACK to Denver, then driving back to Estes. Ahem. Someone shoot me.

Ah well. Right now I am extremely bored in the office. Have to close today at 5:30. Joy. Must do laundry before heading to Dreux's. Much needed, man. Hopefully I'll be able to kick Nate's ass tonight. Ahem. We'll see.

Anywho, better get busy being bored for 2 hours. Lata.

Thursday, July 03, 2003

That KID is on the ESCALATOR again!

Went to LoDo last night whilst the trolls were at the Rockies game. Apparently there was some sort of "escalator" accident. Interesting.

So Dreux just came in and invited me to their fourth celebraTION tomorrow night. Um, yea. Guess who is on duty? One Ms. Andrea Schmidt. Nice. I doubt I'll be able to get off. We'll see, ey?

Matt got me a talking SQUIRT turtle dude from Nemo. I am CRACKING. It does indeed rule.

The weather is absolutely awesome. Summer is indeed here...finally.

I wonder if Gordon is back from Japan...

STOP! Continue.

Managed to not spend mucho monies in LoDo. We went to the Hard Rock for dinner, loitered about, and drooled over the Hotel LaChappelle. I need it. Also caught the fireworks on the way back. Excellent.

John Mayer concert on Monday, people! I am dying. Kyle, I wish you were here.

Little Shop trip next week. I do indeed hope that the trip goes. We have yet to sell any tickets.

Pirates, baby.

Confetti M&M's? Whaaa?

"Fat and Available?" Priceless.

Tuesday, July 01, 2003

Like Whoa

There IS NO TIME anymore. Busy times, people.

Went and saw 28 Days Later last night. FREAKED me out, btw. Ultra awesome.

Vat else? Going to the Diamondbacks game tomorrow...hopefully with Dad. We shall see, indeed.

I would recommend going to Matt's blog for recent photos and full details of what's goin' down. *just like your mom*

Bah.

On duty tonight, so woo dee hoo.

Methinks I have a tumor. These headaches are getting worse.

Monday, June 23, 2003

DUUUUDE!

Holy freaking crap. SO much has happened within the past week. So...uh. Ahem. Matt is indeed here! Yay! Saw Finding Nemo TWICE. Watched the Italian Job. Good shtoff. AGH! Snagged the Young Ones "Every Stoopid Episode" DVD. QUALITY! Young Ones = my GP, for sure. GOOD MORNING, EVERYBODY! *boom*

Busy day today. Hoorah. Mucho crap to do. Going to the Boulder Dinner Theatre tomorrow for CHICAGO. Heading to 6 Flags on Thursday! WEEE! Going to Nebraska this weekend for familial activities. Good times.

Don't bring me down, man.

I love it, people. Life is indeed good right now.

OOO! Bought Young Frankenstein. YAY. :)

I'm on duty tonight, so yeehaw for mucho interrupTIONS. Woo.

Yea...so I better get back to work. Check out Matt's blog for some more CO info. Lata, dudes.

Friday, June 13, 2003

Hoo hah

So I'm covering the office for about a half hour until Ashley gets back from lunch. Those cheeky monkeys once again promised lasagna, and they didn't deliver. UNacceptable!

Anywho, going to pick up Matt today, so that should be cool. Yeehaw.

It was bright and sunny this morning, but some clouds are coming in now. Blah. Better clear up by this afternoon, yea.

Annette emailed me! Celebration. She just got back from England, and all is excellent with her research for the summer. Yay.

So I have been in the office about 5 minutes, and I am already bored out of my mind. Weee! Time to dust the copy machine! RAR! Or not.

Thursday, June 12, 2003

Andrea's Tip of the Day

"Don't mix your ice and your bling, homies."

Help

Wow. I am absolutely miserable right now. I really wish I could BREATHE! That's not an easy task about now. Rotten allergies have turned into a mighty sinus issue. Sigh.

Ash and I went to Village last night, and we had the Freddie Prinze waiter once again. Uh...yea. He got a VERY nice tip. :p

The office shouldn't be too congested today (unlike moi). Packages to check in, report, B&G requests, etc.

Yay. Nate and I were supposed to go to tizzown tonight, but I am on freaking DUTY all night. Pleasant. We'll have to settle for the rustic cafe.

Anywho, better get on those requests. Matt is going to be here tomorrow. Crazy, people. Crazy.

Wednesday, June 11, 2003

"Last week, Queen Elizabeth celebrated 50 years on the throne.
I didn't know they had a Taco Bell over there..."
-Conan O'Brien

Gulp

Congratulations, June 10th! You are quite possibly the worst day I've had in a good long while!! YAAAAAAY!

I'm going to be sick in my room, then I'm going to die in my bed until 7am.

Peace and veggie rights...

-Moi

Wifi

"Mack the Knife" is one of the most kick ass songs of all time.

So I am sitting here EXTREMELY bored out of my mind. I have about 30 people to call and let them know they have packages down here. Nice. However, it is 5:00 pm as of current, so what's the point of calling now? Won't get the packages out of here any faster, I tell ya.

SO now, out of the blue, I am taking the trip down to the Fort. Nice.

Dinner time, folks.

Sunday, June 08, 2003

Too much

I miss you, Kyle! I'll try to call you tomorrow morning/early afternoon. :/

Going to the Boulder Jewish Festival tomorrow. Meeting the fam there, as well, so that should be fun.

So much has happened within the past few days. Crikie. Shopping, movie-viewing, driving, driving, etc, etc. Yay.

Eli went to some haunted bridge and was sharing his experience there with me today. CRAZY.

I don't even know what I am typing. Too tired. More blog-age tomorrow.

Friday, June 06, 2003

Blah

Sitting here in the Howard lobby...listening to people's conversations, and pretending to be typing something of extreme importance. Nice.

Wow. People are talking about BACKNE now. PLEASANT.

I have a huge ass blister on my finger from the copy machine incident this afternoon. Yay for ACCIDENTS IN THE OFFICE! Scandalous.

FILL THE VENDING MACHINE! WE REQUIRE MORE SKITTLES!

March is a boring month.

Where are you, Kyle?

Wednesday, June 04, 2003

Shakes ALIVE!

Another beautiful day in the Rockies. Duty went by rather swiftly last night. Did some laundry between rounds, which was mexcellent. UGH. There were 3 "dads" doing laundry last night, and they just had a loud conversation about their kids, their wives, and how folding laundry was cramping their style. Blah. "I'M A DAD, AND I CAN'T HANDLE FOLDING MY OWN POLO SHIRTS! HARDY HAR HAR!!"

Ahem.

Anywho...the network is doing some strange shiz, so we need to exercise the demons ASAP. Listening to PLAY right now, and it is a great office album, methinks.

Campfire is tonight, which will be grand, indeed. Sticking (ha) around to help out Ash with that one, but at the same time I am tempted to snag Nate and/or Marc for a show or a Boulder trip.

This jaw thing must end.

"I'm gon na find mah babay..."

Tuesday, June 03, 2003

Of that we can be sure...

More HR-ing it up. The staff trip last night went supah fine *not unlike your mom*, so rah rah. Putting shtoff together for the campfire @ staff point tomorrow night. Good times. On duty tonight *blah*, so I'll be up for a good while. Going to head out of the office here in a few to deliver some packages and to hook the ladies up with some soap in Halletts. Joy.

YOU PROMISED US LASAGNA!

I seriously NEED to STOP chewing gum so often...the jaws are definitely experiencing some pain-age. Yay.

This weekend will be extra sweet, considering it is A.) Ashley's b-day, and B.) The Quest for furniture. My room is desperate for some decor, so yay for spendage.

Lata for now...

Monday, June 02, 2003

We Gotta Go

Nice weekend, indeed. Scored the car, washed it, and enjoyed watching it get covered in dust and rain. WEEEEE!

B&G wants us to send someone over to assist them with their fixer-uppers. Uh...not gonna happen for a while, dudes.

Anywho...the Doornbos clan just stopped in...lata.

Friday, May 30, 2003

Blah Blah Blah

Yeaaa. I am OFF! FINALLY! Love it. Rents coming up this weekend to bring me my car. Mucho awesome. :)

Not too much else going down besides catching up on sleep today. Glorious.

Tuesday, May 27, 2003

Let the drama begin...

Things are a sizzlin' here at the Y, let me tell you. Had to escape tonight, so I went out with Ashely and Rod. Met Dave's parents at the Village, so that was ultra-cool. Blackberry Manny, baby!

Got mucho work done today, which is ultra nice. Prob. going to call Kyle here in a few...

Ash and I went a hikin' last night, so that was grand. I died in bed around 7:30pm until 9:30pm when I woke up to my BED and room vibrating from the music next door. Yay for playing "BABY GOT BACK" so loud that the whole building was thumping like a riced-up civic on Green River. HALLETTS HOUSE PARTY 2003! Or not.

Mom and Dad coming up this weekend, which will freaking ROCK my face off. Number one, I miss the rents, and numero dos, I will get my car. Hallelujah. I will never be on grounds when I am off duty again...joy.

Anywho...time for laundry, people. Lata.

Sunday, May 25, 2003

Zulu

Had a one hour tutorial with Morrison about Zambia and the like last night. GOOD shtoff.

Ash arrived today! WEEEE! South Africa + New Zealand = just FUN.

My LAST day on duty (thank G-d), so I will be able to sleep tomorrow. NICE.

The Ivans = crack me up.

Last night's social = successful. Hoo *rah.

My trip to RMNP was cancelled this morning due to some massive construction going in the park this week. Not cool. Eh.

Anywho....until lata....

Monday, May 19, 2003

SNOW!

One of the greatest THANGS about working up in Estes is the lovely snow you get in May. Ahem. Doing rounds in a golf cart IN snow = excellent. Woo!

Sunday, May 18, 2003

Cherry Lemon Lime

Whew. Packing = going as slow as your mom in January. Nice. Saw the second Matrix film tonight. I don't even care, people. Regardless of most of the poor reviews I've seen/read, I think the movie just kicked ass. Solid. "Aww! The fight scenes were too long!" "I DIDN'T GET IT!" "It was BORING!" Shutup, people. Just shutup. The movie could take ya'll and your moms to school...7 times. Awww yea...

So anywho. Got the digi pics of Nate and Shawn's visit SOMEWHAT downloaded and whatnot. Joy. I still have to do about 2 loads of laundry before leaving tomorrow. Yay. Ah well. I don't have to take EVERYTHING on this trip, because the rents are coming up in a few weeks. EH. EH. All I need is some shampoo, and I am good to go.

OOOO! Family portraits turned out SOOO INCREDIBLY awesome! I ordered a ton of this specific pose of Eli and I. So grand, people. We should get those in a few weeks. Hoorah. Canna wait!

Not tired.

I need to buy a fan ASAP.

"All eyes up here, people! FOCUS up!"

And the pilgrim's wife said...

Saturday, May 17, 2003

People named Meagan upset me

OOOOO. Woke up this morning with the window open, and the sound of my mom's harp came a wandering in. If there is any better way to wake up besides the beautiful sounds of a harp through an open window, please fill me in. Rock.

Hmm...yea. Just coming to the realization that I need to have everything packed tonight is freaking me out. WOO! Yes, I will be up until 5am tomorrow morning. Joy.

Minute Maid (low pulp original) is indeed the best tasting store bought OJ ever.

Friday, May 16, 2003

Red Rover

This week has flown by. Spent some time today with the fam, which was nice. Stormed quite heavily this evening, but we need all the moisture we can get.

Andes mints = most excellent.

Came to the realization yet again today that I am going to have to get a REAL job, eventually. Scary thought. :)

"Remember to wear MOVEMENT clothes, i.e. jazz shoes and dance belts."

Whenever I touch you...

The rents got a new bedroom set that would dwarf that of Goliath's in his day. Seriously. The furniture is freakin' huge. Lovely.

I think the eclipse can explain for the extreme weirdness going on this week. El nio? Forget it. Its all about the eclipse.

Conan tonight = done entirely in claymation. Brilliant.

Bedtime, kiddies.

Wednesday, May 14, 2003

I took my head in my hands and closed my eyes. I could smell remnants of perfume on my right wrist, and my eyes burned under my eyelids. I took a deep breath and shivered. I was barefoot in the unfinished basement; my crossed feet peeked out from long jeans. God, I need to paint my toenails. They look dead and blue without the splotches of color. Of course they always turned out splotchy; the left foot more than my right. Right handed.

I relaxed my neck and let the full weight of my head sink into my hands, pressing my elbows onto the table. I exhaled. When my lungs started to burn from the lack of oxygen, I took a breath. Shit.

Not caring tonight. Not caring about the crap I have to stuff in boxes, not caring about the $2.50 I owe the CUD library, and not caring about the mysterious pain in my right calf muscle.

"The gastrocnemious muscle responds well to ice, and strains more when running up hills."

Good to know.

Parents bought diapers for the freaking dog today. Diapers. I'm trying to decide which grosses me out more: the fact that the dog is wearing diapers, or the fact that she is actually on a menstrual cycle. Ugh.

I am going to die within the next 3 years. I can feel it. Depressing? Not really. I just feel unsure. That's the scariest part.

You can't touch me

Woooo! So the boys are now well on their way to Estes. <--Jealous. Ah well. We had a MOST excellent outing last night, including some zany shenanigans @ the Mart of the Wal. Photos will soon be available. Ehm. As soon as I find the other computer, that is. YAAAAAAAAAAAY! *a la Nate STY-O*

I NEED to call Samira.

Definitely getting shtoff together for the move this weekend. Joy. Excitement-o-mundo.

The Steve-man! The Stevemeister! The Steve-a-reeno! STEVE! Makin' the COPIES!

Where are you, Kyle?

Tuesday, May 13, 2003

Angels never came down

Whopping Tuesday. The boys are coming today. Good times.

Last day o-class was spectacular.

Watched the first half of An Evening with Kevin Smith last night (thanks, Matt). Good shtoff.

Slept in this morning. It was glorious. I've been picking up the house this early afternoon, so YAY for getting that shiz done. Cleaning purifies the soul *and sinuses*.

ANYWHO...I should probably start getting ready myself here in a bit. Yee haw.

Ack! Found 5 CDS I was missing in my parent's cd collection. NICE. I'm sure they've been livin it up to Nico and Tom Jones. SEX BOMB, BABY! Don't forget the Nata Lux, as well!

MAZEL TOV to Kyle on snagging a job. Can you say fork-lift? I AM CRACKING. Too awesome to be real.

Monday, May 12, 2003

Hamster Dance

For some odd reason I just had a flashback to my high school computer lab days, in which everyone would head over to ham(p)sterdance.com at the same time and rev up the sound. Priceless. Bit-da-bee-ba-bee-bit-do-do...

Heading in later to class today because my final isn't due until 1pm, so hoorah. Going to drive downtown and do some much needed shopping on the way back. Joy. However, I have absolutely NO MONEY to spend before I head to Estes. So yay. Hoorah for the saving thereof. Perhaps I'll buy a new burlap sack...

Absolutely excited to GET out of here, let me tell ya. Bad moods and high tensions are most definitely afoot.

Matt, I hope the second part of your game went by smoothly and somewhat quickly. What a relief to have that done, eh? Props to you man, props to you.

My body is craving juice *not crap from the grocer*, so I need to make a stop at the juice place in Aurora today. Carrot and pineapple? UH yes.

Shawn starts his trek from Alabama to CO today! YAY! Tomorrow is going to rule, people. Old friends + Thai food = orgasmic *in the friend kind of way* ahem.

Sunday, May 11, 2003

I don't care much

Wow. So I am doing some research for my paper due...erm...TOMORROW afternoon. Ace. Gotta love it. It will be a breeze, really.

Anywho, had a marathon chat with Nate last night. Good shtoff. Nate, along with Shawn, are coming to mi casa on Tuesday. Mucho grandness.

Today was my last day of work. *celebration*

Tomorrow will be my LAST day of class. The rest of my time this week will be devoted to the packing of all my crap. Its all happening, people.

Anywho, better try to get some work done...hasta la pasta.

Wednesday, May 07, 2003

School's out for SUMMAH! *a la Alice Cooper*

Whoa. I haven't blogged in a coon's age, people. School is over on Monday *yee haw*. I just have to turn in my research paper that day, and I am finito. All my classes, save for the APS, are done today. Good times. OOOO YEA, BABY! Hulkster rules!

I need to see X-MEN 2 YESTERDAY.

Moving = big hairy deal. Its been absolute madness about both of the Schmidt houses as of late. By the end of this week we should be completey finished with that shite.

ALSO, getting the car on Friday, so hoodie hoo. LES MIS is coming to town next week, and I need to snag someone to see it with. YAY.

Alrighty...time to get the hizzell out of the comp. lab! CUD rules! Or not.

Thursday, May 01, 2003

Would you like papya with that?

OOOOOO. Work went by extremely fast today. Yee haw. Headed over to A&F and snagged my "8" scent. Orgasmic. Seriously.

Then because I wasn't spending ENOUGH, I went to Clinique and bought some lovely shtoff. Ahem. A day of spendage, indeed. Eh.
It could have been worse. :)

Well, I suppose I'll be moving all afternoon and through the evening. Joy. Ah well. The sooner we get it over with, the better.

Now that I have sufficient funds for my new car, I need to get my video cam ASAP. Better start looking...yay.

I have 2 final term papers I have yet to start, one of which is due Wednesday the 7th. My APS research paper is due on the 12th. Celebration. I just have to complete this presentation for FUND on Monday, and I am home free.

"Esta noche bailamos!" I AM CRACKING!
